Cost: Full certification with test $175.00 – Recertification $75 

Minimum: 10 participants or class will be canceled

Certification Course - Instructor Led Courses

Our Certified Food Manager Course & Exam is for people who need initial certification. This course meets all state requirements for both Minnesota and Wisconsin. The course begins at 8:30am with the exam administered around 3:30pm. Most people are completed with the exam by 5:30pm. There is a 1 hour break for lunch. For those taking the full certification, a textbook will be sent a couple weeks ahead of the class, please read this book prior to attending the class.

The course fee of $175 includes:

• Course instruction & materials
• State approved/nationally recognized exam
• State application form

Recertification Course

Our 4 hour course meets all state requirements for renewing your Certified Food Manager Certificate. This course meets all state requirements for both Minnesota and Wisconsin. The course is run simultaneously with each Certified Food Manager Certification Course; the renewal class also starts at 8:30am but concludes at 12:30pm. No exam is required for recertification.

Recertification course fee of $75.00 includes:
